3. Beta Program

Beta Pricing Guarantee

Beta participants receive locked-in pricing for 12 months. Beta pricing ends December 31, 2026.

During the beta period, services are provided "as-is" with ongoing improvements. We welcome feedback and will work closely with beta participants to refine our offerings.

4. No Long-Term Contracts

We believe in earning your business every month. Our services operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts required. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

No Hidden Fees

What you see is what you pay. No setup fees, no cancellation fees, no surprise charges.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

•Provide accurate information during onboarding
•Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
•Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
•Maintain the security of your account credentials
•Notify us promptly of any security breaches

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

You own your data. We never claim ownership of your business data or use it to train our AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive for 99.9% uptime. In the event of service disruptions, we will:

✓Provide service credits for extended outages

8. Limitation of Liability

While we work hard to provide reliable services, Kuro Panthera AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Modifications to Service

We may modify or discontinue features with 30 days notice. We will work with you to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to your business.
